Happy National Pumpkin Day! To be honest, not the biggest fan of pumpkin. Don't like to eat pumpkin anything....pie, bread, latte....nope, I'll pass. Don't really enjoy carving pumpkins either. It is so hard and such a freaking mess. That is why my family for the last few years has painted our pumpkins.
