This weekend was pretty awesome because our daughter we away at a weekend long camping trip with friends. This gave the hubby and I time to both work at the house. Normally on weekends he is working at the house while I am shuttling our daughter around, grocery shopping and doing laundry. But Saturday I went to work with the hubby. He worked inside with the jack hammer while I chose to be as far away from that as possible. I worked outside cleaning up the yard. We have some many roots left in our yard from old tress we pulled out. So while digging the trenching for our new sewer line all those roots got dug out. The hubby put me in charge of sorting all the dead roots out of the dirt so when we fill everything back up it will be with nice clean soil. Yes, I spent my Saturday cleaning dirt....WTF!?!?!?! Hubby got a couple shots of me in action.......
Today is a VERY exciting day at Sky's Old House. Today the pro's move in!!!! SO FREAKING THANKFUL!!!! It has been 5 months of planning and demo and today the professions start putting her back together. We need to work from the ground up. So today is the plumber putting in our new sewer line. He came on Friday and drop off a ton of materials.............
