This doesn't make any sense to me. If there is a crime being committed and Batman shows up, don't you want his help? These cops didn't. Batman showed up to a crime scene and the cops sent him packing. He even showed up in the Bat-Truck! I'm not sure this is the real Batman though. I doubt the real Batman would have asked for permission. Not sure though...
