Right now it is more of a patch of dirt then a VIP cabana, but the plan is in the works!!!!! When we bought our Sky's Old House remodel project a year and a half ago it was all about the yard. We wanted a"big" (in beach town terms) yard for our family to enjoy. So we have been working away on getting the privacy hedges, pool, concrete, turf strips, drainage, irrigation, and more since we bought the home. But the side yard on our house has been kinda neglected and we have just had a basic mental plan of what we are going to do there. The other day a friend came over who hasn't seen the place in months and had a great suggestion. There is a chunk of yard at the end of our pool that we were just going to put a square of turf on for the kids to lay out, do cartwheels, etc... But our friend suggested taking that area and putting a cabana, VIP style with a couch, lighting, wet bar and TV. Mind blown!!!!! So hopefully by the end of summer you will see me posting pictures chilling in something that looks like this.........
