Back a few years ago, I took on the challenge to do the 50 must do things in San Diego put out by San Diego magazine. I didn't know what I was getting into. One of the things I thought would be easy was to cross the border on foot. I recruited Dario and we did it. Seeing soldiers in the shadows with machine guns was a bit unnerving. It was fine but crossing back sucked. It took like 2 hours.
