Kate Sessions Park in PB is so beautiful. I forced the daughter to go on a walk with me to the park this weekend. We moved into Sky's Old House about 8 months ago. Since the whole pandemic things we have been going for more family walks around the neighborhood than ever. Plus with the puppy going for a daily walk is even more of a priority than before. I love walking around our new neighborhood, the houses are so pretty to look at and the views when you get to the tops of certain streets are AMAZING! I knew since we bought the house that Kate Session Park was a bit over a mile away. So Saturday morning I woke up and said today is the day that we are going to walk to the park. I packed up a backpack with drinks and snacks, grabbed a blanket, put the dog on the leash and told the daughter we were going. Of course she begged not to go and was acting like this was the cruelest think any parent has ever made their child do. But after we were out of the house for 2 minutes she was smiling and skipping along. It was a good walk and we had a nice time just people watching from our blanket at the edge of the park.
