My Greek Meatballs with Tzatziki! Recipe Included :)

Yesterday evening I posted my sweet dinner pic on my IG story. Well, I got a bunch of people asking for my recipe! I just wing it usually and don't ever measure so it's sort of tough but here's what I did....

For meatballs:

Combine in a bowl:

Ground Turkey (ground chicken would be good too); 1 egg; some panko (probably 1/4 cup); good amount of chopped fresh mint, parsley and basil; about a tsp of grated lemon zest, about a tsp of garlic powder and onion powder, squeeze of grainy dijon mustard, about 2 tblsp of crumbled feta; salt and pepper.

Form into golf ball size balls and bake at 375 until they are done and sort of browned.

For Tzatziki: Greek yogurt, frest herb (like the ones in meatballs) Lemon juice, grated and chopped seeded cucumber, a little garlic powder and a little grated onion. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper and stir and let sit.

Serve with salad or put meatballs and tzatziki in pita with tomato and lettuce for a delight! :)
