I saw this on the news the other day and now its gone national. This happened in PB. A guy was stealing a bike and stopped to pet the dog. I have so many questions about this. Why was the garage wide open with the lights on? How did the dog get in the garage? How have they not identified this guy yet? Its all pretty wild.
