Kimberly Akimbo.....WTF is that? That was my first thought when I heard the name of the current musical playing at the Civic downtown. But then I saw it won the Tony Award for best musical last year so I figured it's got to be good even though I have no clue what it was about. The story was so different and entertaining, not what I was expecting at all. I would suggest not brining the little ones to this one. The first c-word and reference to giving a kid hand job I did feel a bit strange sitting next to my Mom. But we both loved it and I am telling all my family and friends to go see it before it leaves town!
