The lovely Kate Upton was given the title American Beauty No 1 by Maxim Magazine, as she tops the list of their 2018 Maxim Hot 100.
Kate Upton is one of America's most popular super models. She's also known for her All-American girl vibe while often being compared to legendary blonde bombshell Marilyn Monroe.
After receiving the honor for Maxim, Kate told them "You know, I work really hard on myself: on feeling good, working out, being strong. Being number one on the Hot 100 is a little reward for all of the hard work." She also commented on her Instagram account "Thanks @maximmag for naming me No1 hottest woman 2018! Shot by the amazing @gilles_bensimon in Israel!"
Her modeling career began ten years ago when she was signed by Elite Model Management in Miami, and then moved to New York signing with IMG Models. Kate career really took off when she was named the Sports Illustrated Rookie of the Year after her appearance in the 2011 edition. From there, Kate graced the annual edition's cover in 2012, 2013, and 2017.
Kate, who will turn 26 on June 10, 2018, married Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander on November 4, 2017 in what he describes as a "Storybook" wedding in Italy.
