Joseph Jones, 29, of Toledo, Ohio has plead not guilty on eight various counts including four counts of sexual imposition after several women accused him of taking off their shoes and then sucking on their toes.
According to victims, Jones would allegedly compliment the women's shoes ,ask if he can see them and then proceed to remove the shoes, massage their feet without permission and then begin sucking on their toes.
The man was described as well dressed, engaging and was very complimentary towards the women's choice in shoes.
Jones has been banned from the mall and will face another court hearing on March 14th.
