The main gate at Naval Air Station North Island has been closed due to investigations into a bomb threat received at the Naval Air Station main gate.
All traffic has been diverted to the Ocean gate and carrier gate, officials say.
All sailors and staff are being asked to call in to their commands before heading in to work. Traffic is at a standstill on surface streets throughout Coronado because of the main gate closure at NAS North Island.
