Dove Issues Apology After Posting Racially Insensitive Ad To Social Media

 

Dove brand has admitted that this new video they released on social medial completely "missed the mark" with a not-so-vaguely racist advertisement that made consumers very angry.

The companies' two sentence note that accompanied the video left it very unclear what exactly the advertisement was trying to convey?

Dove's parent company, Unilever was unavailable for a response
