My daughter is a little holiday elf. Just like most children rebel against their parents, my daughter is rebelling by having too much holiday spirit. Where as I am apathetic about the holiday, my daughter seems like she is sent straight from the North Pole. When we picked her up from school yesterday in the hubby's VW truck she was confused. Then when we told her we were going to pick out our tree she lost her marbles!!!! It was really cool to see the excitement on her face. It took us forever to get that puppy prepped and in the house but it finally happened. We only had time to hang the lights before bedtime. But Lovelyn is beyond excited to finish decorating today..........
