One Southern California lawmaker wants to change how the DMV takes your photo. Since most people hate the photo that is taken for their drivers license, one lawmaker is proposing a new bill that would allow drivers to choose their best photo.
Hold on though, this new feature would come at a price, of course. You had to know that was coming.
Senate Bill 1407 doesn't specify just how much you would pay for additional photos but says the idea is to generate revenue to provide driver education and training programs.
The lawmaker believes that driver education needs to become more of a priority for the state and this legislation creates a simple way to bring drivers education back to our local schools.
