The pilot behind the controls of a plane that crashed in Half Moon Bay made the decision to record his own rescue. The plane crashed five miles outside Half Moon Bay harbor. Emergency dispatch audio indicates the plane was easy for Coast Guard crews to spot. The video is crazy!
