On Wednesday, January 22 the Washington State Department of Transportation released a series of photos that show a large, "sasquatch-like" figure near Sherman Pass on State Route 20. The following day, the agency released video footage from one of their surveillance cameras that show the same (or similar bipedal figure) making its way across a snow-packed clearing on I-90 just east of Snoqualmie Pass.
No one appears to be taking the images (shown below) seriously, including the Transportation Department whose second Twitter post about the figure said "I think Bigfoot is making the rounds across our mountain passes. @wsdot_east showed him on Sherman Pass the other day and now he is on the wildlife overcrossing on I-90 just east of Snoqualmie Pass. #doyoubelieve"
