Well another Easter in the books. Last year was very strange with us in lockdown. Not much different this year. We didn't have a big group again. Just the 4 of us and Grandma Nancy. We had out Easter egg hunt and then a not very traditional Easter dinner. I grilled up some chicken teriyaki. I also grilled some pineapple which is usually on ham, so that's how it made sense. Either way it was delicious and we had a great day.
