The country's largest balloon parade is making a comeback to San Diego.

According to FOX5, marching bands, floats, and giant balloons will gather at Harbor Drive for the Port of San Diego Holiday Bowl Parade on December 28.

More than 100,000 are anticipated to make their way to the North Embarcadero to witness the event, which starts at 10:00 A.M.

Grandstand seats are available for $22, but street-side viewing is free to the public.

San Diego Padres pitcher Joe Musgrove will participate in the parade as the grand marshal.

The parade route will start at the County Administration Building before heading south to Harbor Drive.

The parade is being held as a kickoff to the San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl, which will be played at Petco Park at 5:00 P.M.

According to FOX5, UCLA will take on North Carolina State for the 43rd annual game. It will also be the first football game to be played at the East Village stadium.
