An employee with the Lakeside Union School District is in jail, suspected of sexually abusing a child.
According to the San Diego County Sheriff's Office, 55 year old Kent Cable was taken into custody on Sunday. Cable held a non teaching job.
According to the department, authorities received information regarding sexual abuse allegations of a minor on September 8, 2025.
