Joe Thomas spent 11 years as an offensive lineman for the Cleveland Browns where his average weight was about 312. This 6' 6" hulk of a guy officially left the NFL in March of 2018 and has been slimming down ever since.
Since his last season on the field in 2017, Joe Thomas has also worked as an analyst on the NFL Network, but he really got the world's attention by competing on NBC's The Titan Games where he had a down-to-the-wire victory on Monday night (see video below).
Joe Thomas is 35 years old and the father of four with his wife Annie.
