Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews took a line drive to the face during a charity softball game on Saturday.
The Green Bay Packers players put on their annual charity softball game at the home of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, a minor league affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.
Adams, who was pitching at the game threw the ball and immediately received a line drive back to the face. His fellow co-host Davante Adams told spectators that Matthews "got a little boo-boo on his nose."
The game continued on without Matthews and later he tweeted that he suffered a broken nose that will require surgery.
