Pee Before We Go License Plate Recalled By DMV

A New Hampshire woman is fighting to keep her vanity license plate after the state DMV decided it was inappropriate. For 15 years, Wendy Auger has had a license plate that read "PB4WEGO", something any parent of young children can appreciate. She recently received a recall letter from the DMV, who says "phrases related to excretory acts aren't permitted." Auger is appealing the recall, saying "Who has a mom or dad or parental figure who hasn’t said that to kids before leaving the house?"

After the story went viral, New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu got involved “Upon this being brought to my attention, I reached out to the Division of Motor Vehicles and strongly urged them to allow Wendy to keep the license plate she has had for the last 15 years,” Sununu said. “I recently left a message on her phone to share the good news that her plate will not be recalled.”
