Whale +1, Fishermen 0
A whale capsized two fishermen's boat in the waters of New Jersey which tossed them about 50 yards into the water.
As you can see by the video below, other boaters immediately moved in and rescued the men. Neither fishermen were injured.
"Charges against the whale are pending its apprehension," New Jersey State Police joked in their below Facebook post.
