Yesterday, we were talking about how the Royals ate their 7 year old wedding cake and everyone thought it was gross except Emily. She claimed she would eat my 11 year old wedding cake! Thankfully, Debra is a hoarder and saved a piece of the top tier all these years. We were supposed to eat it on our 1 year anniversary but never did. It's been sitting in the back of my freezer this whole time. I remember going wedding cake tasting was my favorite part of the wedding planning. Good luck Emily...hope you have a strong stomach! Here we are enjoying it 11 years ago...
