I'm not a big Thanksgiving guy. Its been a few years that we have been home for Thanksgiving to even celebrate it. But this year of course is different. It was just going to be the 5 of us. But that meant for the first time ever, I would be responsible for cooking everything. I mentioned that I have only ever made 1 turkey before, so that had me nervous. I was also anxious about the gravy. The rest of the stuff I have experience with. I can say this with all honesty, the food I cooked was the best Thanksgiving meal I've ever had! Everything, turkey and gravy included was amazing. It was probably some dumb luck, but I was really proud of myself. My family loved it. So in the end, maybe we will stay home and celebrate Thanksgiving more often!
