We ate at Juniper and Ivy a while back and were lucky enough to go when Richard Blais was there. He has become a friend of the Show over the years and he really wanted to experience it. So Debra and I went and it was one of the best meals I've ever eaten. Really incredible. I was a fan Of Blais from Top Chef but have seen him judge on all types of cooking shows. He is on a new one on Fox called Next Level Chef with Gordon Ramsey. It's great. Definitely check it out.Hopefully we will have Blais on soon to talk about it.
