Making Risotto

I'm not one for food pics. Most of the time, when I see a post about food, its not always the prettiest. Its hard to make good looking food at home. I have always been a fan of cooking shows. I've seen risotto made a million times. I've ordered it a ton. But I've never made it the real way. Where you have the right rice, use warm stock, constantly stirring, etc. I gave it a try this week and it was a success! I went with a Italian sausage and peas risotto. The family really liked it. It was actually a lot of fun making it. So here is the picture of the finished dish.
