I mentioned yesterday that we were on a mission this trip to Chicago. We wanted a legit Chicago Italian Beef sandwich. We asked a few people and did some research and came up with Portillos as the spot. I'm sure there are a ton of great spots for a good one, but this one was pretty close to us. We hit it up and the sandwich was delicious. I went with the combo of Italian beef and sausage and I got it dipped. Incredible. Check that one off the list!
