There's a spot outside of Reed's school that has been my go to. There's never any spots as its only street parking and this one spot is always open. I have always thought and I believe I asked an officer a long time ago that if the red is painted over like this then it isn't red...it probably was, but isn't any more. I've been parking there for the past few years and police have driven by tons of time and I've never gotten a ticket. Is my spot a parking gem or illegal?
