Yesterday Reed and I met my mom and niece and sister at the new Sugar Factory downtown. There are a ton of locations most famously the one in LA that is flooded with celebs (it's kind of their thing.) I kind of feel like its the new Planet Hollywood, but without the memorabilia...so then I guess it's nothing like it lol!
It was just ok. They opened 3 weeks ago and it almost feels like they ran out of time and money and had to open. LOts of walls weren't finished etc. The food was pretty good though! I think I'm going to go again and this time get one of their signature big huge milkshakes! (check the pic below)
While we were there I put my hands on Sean Connery's hand prints and I guess we have the same size hands. Yikes :(
The hands picture was taken at the movie theatre that is attached to the restaurant. It's a new luxury theatre called Theatre Box. It was nice and we saw Mary Poppins which was MAGICAL!
The decor is beautiful! We ate lunch in one of those pod table things!
Their thing is celebrities and so there are pictures of celeb's at The Sugar Factory.
These are some of their big milkshakes! We didn't do one of these this time but will definitely go back for just a dessert trip!
