I Was Violated BIG TIME and I Was Not Having It! See The Evidence!

Yesterday evening I was sitting out front chatting with a neighbor while kids played. We were enjoying the sliver of sunset we could see when something ridiculous happened! This weird neighbor who never says hi or talks to anyone (we call this family "The Burbs") was walking his dog. Walks past us on the right and is approaching his house which is across the street and up diagonally. All was fine until he veered left and put his giant bag of his dogs poop in MY CAN!!! I saw this happening and was stunned for a second then went full ghetto mode and got up and walked toward him and said "excuse me! you have a trash can right there at your house." He didn't say much but I kept going a little then he walked away. I was SO HEATED! WTF! I'm not crazy right? That was f-ed up right? See my sweet diagram below.
