Tiger Woods Arrested On Suspicion of DUI

TIGER WOODS DUI

Pro golfer, Tiger Woods, was arrested yesterday in Florida when he was suspected of driving under the influence.

Woods claims that alcohol was not involved and that he had an "unexpected reaction to some prescription medications."

Woods is currently rehabilitating after back surgery and provided a statement to media outlets saying that he did not realize that his mixture of medications had affected him so strongly.

"I understand the severity of what I did and I take full responsibility for my actions," Woods said, according to reports.

Woods was arrested at approximately 3am on Monday and was booked at the local jail and released on his own recognizance with no bond just a few hours later according to Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

In his statement, the golfer apologized to family, friends and fans. "I will do everything in my power to ensure this never happens again."
