Thousands of people are expected to attend the three day air show this weekend at MCAS Miramar now nick-named, "America's Air Show".
The event kicks off Friday with gates opening at 8 a.m. It's a once-a-year opportunity for the public to get on base to watch military demonstrations, civilian aerobatic displays, static displays and immersive experiences in the Innovation Tech Expo.
Show favorites like the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and MAGTF, Marine Air-Ground Task Force are scheduled to perform. Click HERE for a full list of performers.
Parking along with show entrance is free to the public but reserved seating is available.
