Happy National Garlic Day!!!!!! In honor of national garlic day we are having celebrity Chef Richard Blais in studio. We decided that we should see who can make the best garlic dish on The Show. We are so competitive. So we all went in our "labs" last night to create an amazing dish. Since I am NOT a chef I decided to keep is simple and make my famous garlic toast. Is it really famous? No. Have I ever actually made it before? No. Do I think it is going to be delicious? Hell yes! I Googled around and made some home made garlic butter with a hint of rosemary. Here are some pictures from my kitchen last night. All I need to do this morning is toast the bread and spread the goodness. Fingers crossed!
