Today The Show is having another cooking challenge with our friend and celebrity chef Richard Blais. Of course being Cinco de Mayo we are all trying to win him over with our best Mexican dishes. We all know that I can't cook to save my life. But I do love to go out to eat. When I go out for Mexican I love to get the table-side guacamole. So I figured that I've watched it be made like 100 times so I'm sure I can figure it out. Prepped all my ingredients last night to realize at the end that my avocados aren't ripe enough. No amount of banana in a paper bag would make them ready in just 12 hours. Luckily the hubby was cool enough to run to the store late last night for a new batch of avocados. Fingers crossed I can pull this off. Here is all my prep from last night..............
