I love Disneyland so much. Yes sometimes it is crowded but man do those Disney people get it!!!! The Disney customer service is on a whole other level. Just the fact that they actually acknowledge children. The fact that they call me and my husband's 62 year old Aunt "princess". It is the little things that go such a long way.
