Growing up my first love was dancing. But outside of that my sports were soccer and swimming. I really enjoyed my time playing soccer. For me the good memories aren't so much from playing the game but from the time goofing around with my teammates. My 7 year old daughter is playing soccer and I think she feels the same. She loves practice and hanging out with her friends. She loves that they gave her the nickname Brick Wall cause she plays defense and is like a brick wall when the ball is coming at the goal. But this season is a bit tough for her cause she is the youngest on the team. She is one of only two 2nd graders and they play against 3rd and sometimes even 4th graders. Hopefully it will toughen her up a bit like it did for her good-old Mom. 😊 #ThoseBraces
