WTF?!?!? It was Sunday afternoon and I needed to hit up the grocery store to get a few things for the week. I remember the hubby had mentioned that we had about 8 bananas that were past their prime at the house. So instead of doing what we normally do...claim we will freeze them for smoothies and then throw out an icy block of them a year later.....I decided to make banana bread. I don't like nuts...shocker! So I decided to buy a bag of mini chocolate chips and throw those bad boys in there. The hubby couldn't believe I was actually doing it and got in there to help too. According to all the reviews (Thor & Emily included) it turned out great. Who knows, maybe there will be more baking in my future!
