Gross....The Boo's Stitches

It's actually not that gross because he has had a wonderful nurse taking car of these bad boys!  We are a very responsible and fair skinned family so we go to the dermatologist once a year to get a check up.  Last year the derm noticed a little thing on the back of the hubby's neck, said it was nothing but if it ever bothered him they could quickly get rid of it.  A year later he figured why not and scheduled it up to get "quickly" taken off.  I had plans for a girls lunch that day so the hubby had a friend go with him.  I figured this was no big thing until he comes home with like 10 stitches in the back of the neck and a page full of instructions for me the home nurse.  WTF????  I thought they were going to like freeze something, put a Snoopy Band-Aid on it, give him a lollipop and send him on his way.  My bad!  Did he tell me all of this and I just wan't listening?  Whoops.  Anyway we are now over a week in and I think my nursing skills have been amazing.  I change the bandage and put on fresh ointment after each shower.......
