Backyard Water Games

Since it has been so hot lately we have been getting creative about how to cool off.  We bought that kid pool for the backyard about a month ago and that had been great.  But we are now kind of over just sitting in two feet of water.  So we bought a bunch of those easy to fill water balloon the other day.  How did we ever do water balloons before?  Now you can get 100 balloons filled in like 2 minutes without having to tie a single one of them....genius!!!!  So the daughter puts on her swimsuit and I rock my sports bra and shorts and we do water balloons until they are all gone.  Then we notice that the leftover water balloon hose attachment makes a really cool sprinkler type of spray.  So the daughter then got on the trampoline and had an awesome time jumping around as I sprayed her.  We will have to see what kind of new water games we come up with this weekend.  Stay cool......
