It was the year 2000 and the hubby and I had been living together for just about a year at this point. After dating for a year we got a little place together and made a little home for ourselves. We got a cat and then a few months later decided that he needed a friend. So by the time the holidays came around in 2000 we were a family of 4. I got the great idea since we are now so grown up an mature that we need to send out a holiday card. Looking back at this picture there was nothing really holiday about it. Yes we are wearing sweaters and are sitting in front of a fireplace that you can't see. Why did I think this screamed the holidays? We used the first picture but I kept the second shot too just because The Boo looks so amazing!!!
