Leak At My Current House

WHY?????????? Why are you piling on right now universe? My stress level is already pretty maxed out with the Sky's Old House renovation. I don't need a freaking water pipe to break in our rental house and have water coming up through the floor. I don't need it, I don't want it but....I got it. That is at least what we think is going on. Our rental house is an older, nice, but mainly original home. We had noticed for a little while that the floor in one area would feel a bit warm when we would take showers on the whole other end of the house. But we have been so consumed with our remodel and life in general that we didn't pay much attention to it. We just noticed water coming up through some of the grout cracks in the hall bath. At first the hubby thought my daughter spilled a glass of water and didn't clean it all up. But once he cleaned up the water and it kept coming back we knew there was a real issue. The landlord has someone coming out first thing this morning. Sky's Old Home is such a construction zone that our rental was our sanctuary from all of that. I can't have two homes with trenches running down the middle!!!!! Here is the hand towel that we keep changing out every few hours and the area where the water is coming out..........
