When we bought the house we are remodeling inside and out there was a bunch of stuff we didn't like. Luckily the majority of it has been cosmetic. But one of the things that I hated the most was our flat garage roof. In addition to it be old and leaky, I just hated the sight of it. I would look at it and immediately think this is a home that someone's grandparents live in that don't have the money to fix it up. Well I am happy to report that the flat roof is gone!!!! Here is a little before and after of the front and side of the garage........
