If you've been listening for a while you might remember the story of the classic VW license plate frame the hubby wanted for $150. He had been talking about it for a while and finally around Father's Day two years ago I talked about it on the air. I mentioned how I think it is ridiculous to spend that much money on an old rusted out license plate frame. But the crew on The Show disagreed and said it wasn't about my feelings on the item, if it made the hubby happy then that is all that matters. I agreed, went to buy the item and it had just sold! The hubby was so upset and thought that because I mentioned it on the air someone went and snatched it up. Two years later another one came up for sale. The hubby did not wait, he was the first to email the guy and went to his house last night to pick it up. The guy told him good thing he was the first email cause about 50 other came in right after. Crazy! So here is the hubby's new pride and joy that he will soon put on his beloved double-cab...........
