Happy Birthday to Me????

Not sure what my vibe is all about for my 42nd birthday today. Pre 40th bday I was a birthday diva!!!! I would do a month countdown to my bday. The week of my bday forget it....that would have been all you heard about. But on my 40th I had some conflicted feelings. So instead of a big party, I spent the day by myself at the day spa. For my 41st bday we had just purchased and started the Sky's Old House remodel project, so I was all focused on that. And now for my 42nd bday it seems like the house is still all I can focus on. I've seriously forgotten multiple times over the last week that my bday was coming up. No real need or want for presents. The plan for the day is to hopefully get a nap after work, pick the daughter up from school, take her to and from soccer practice then the hubby and I are headed out for dinner at a concert at the North Park Observatory. I'm excited to go out tonight but I don't have the same bday joy I use to. What is the deal??? Too old? Too busy? Too burnt out? Just over it? Not really sure what is going on with me, but my plan is to hopefully have a super fun day today!
