Last night I got to work the phones at the Feeding San Diego ABC 10 Giving Tuesday Telethon. A bunch of local "celebrities" were asked if they could come down to the ABC studios to answer phones and take donations. I was all about it!!!! I love doing good deeds for charity. And for some strange reason I also enjoy acting like I am a professional. Working the phone bank gave me the same satisfaction I get when I go to jury duty. The feeling is that I am an important person, doing very important work!!!! Maybe if I worked in a real office every day I would feel differently. I was so inspired by all the people who called from all over the county to donate their hard earned money. Super rewarding and it was great to see old friends like Master Chef Claudia, Drew from Switchfoot, Chef Keoni from Jamul Casino and more......
