Nugget Day #2

Our little puppy Nugget was still cute as heck on Day #2! I was bummed cause I was running around most of the day. But the hubby was home all day with him and of course right after school my daughter rushed home to spend time with him. Lots of sleeping, eating and playing. Our big focus was starting to potty train and getting a good nights sleep. I thought I was helping with the potty training when I gave him a good praise and treat after going on the potty-pad. But directly after that he would move to different spots in the room, pee and then look to me for praise. So I really need to make clear today that the praise is for going on the potty-pad, not just for going in general. The first night of sleep was up every two hours crying in his crate. We noticed the during the day yesterday he would go sleep in the crate with the door open. So we decided to let him sleep last night with the crate door open, but the door to my daughters puppy proofed room (where the crate is) closed. I didn't wake up once or hear a peep at all last night. Excited to get an update on how it went later today. Here are a few pictures from yesterday including him wearing a Santa outfit my daughter picked out that shocker he didn't like very much!
