Making Lunch for the Hubby

Two fun facts about me....#1 Don't cook #2 Somehow I am in charge of bringing my husband lunch every day. Honestly neither of these facts are really fun. I wish I did know how to cook, it would be much healthier for the family and a better example for our daughter. And I wish I wasn't in charge of providing lunch for another capable adult after I have been up since 3 in the morning. But this is my life. So yesterday I had a super late day at work and didn't want to stop to pick the hubby up lunch. I did have half a bean, rice and cheese burrito left over from breakfast. So I told the hubby I was bringing him home that for lunch. Luckily there wasn't any complaining cause he could probably tell that I just really wanted to come home. So he said that sounds great and asked me to put that puppy on the dashboard to heat it up on my drive home. Done and done, lunch is served..........
