F-You Whiteflies!!!!!!

Can’t a girl just chill and enjoy her home??? Guess that is what being a homeowner is all about....projects and problems! We have spent the last two plus weeks trying to get a whitefly problem under control in our backyard. Don’t what to spin myself out but I have some serious conspiracy theories about how the whiteflies got there. We have been in a battle for the last year with our behind neighbor over our hedges. He is not a fan of our hedges cause they will eventually, partially block a percentage of his view that he has over our property. There have been angry discussions, him caught on camera cutting our hedges when were out of town and letters from his lawyer. He has been quite for a while. I said to the hubby a few months back that he either gave up the fight or he is plotting. Next thing you know our hedges start to lose all their leaves and we notice they are infested with whiteflies. Who is to say where all of these insects came from out of nowhere, but I have my suspicions. But there is nothing we can do for now except take steps to try and get rid of all those little buggers. Here is one of our many sticky traps, you can see how just after a few days they are already coated in whiteflies. Think good thoughts for my hedges!!!!
